In this artifact the goal was to create an easily navigable self service resource for employees to understand career growth opportunities within the company while also provide information on how best to position themselves to get promoted based on company values-based behavioral competencies and technical competencies for their role. This resource also provides different paths based on whether the individual wants to manage a team or remain an individual contributor. This resource was created using Figma and custom HTML and CSS to reflect the company’s voice and branding and showcases my proficiency at and skillset in digital design.

This project required numerous focus groups with managers, executives and employees to create and map career growth opportunities within the company. After months of consultation with various cross-functional partners, I was able to create this as a finished product after developing the competencies framework based on the company’s values and different career tracks individuals can explore using this resource.
